Thank you for considering Jai Lowery Photography for your photo session!
Only one additional person is allowed to accompany the client to their session, they MUST wear a mask for the entire time.
DEPOSIT: To secure your session, a ∼25% non-refundable deposit is required.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: If you (the client) needs to cancel or reschedule, you must notify Jai Lowery Photography within 48 hours of your scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in prohibition of booking with Jai Lowery Photography for a time-frame of the photographer's (Jai Lowery) discretion. This may result in an indefinite ban.
BAD WEATHER: In the case of bad weather, rescheduling is guaranteed however, the new scheduled session must be within 3 weeks of the previous session in order for the original deposit to transfer.
TARDINESS: If you are 30 minutes late to your session, it will be cancelled with no reimbursement.
ADJUSTMENTS: Editing adjustments after they are delivered to you (the client), are up to the discretion of the photographer (Jai Lowery). I have the right to refuse additional edits, adjustments, and future sessions.
TURNAROUND TIME: I require at least 72 to create the online gallery that you will use to access your images. After I receive the desired images from you [the client], your images will be sent to you within 7-10 days. If you need your images by a certain date, please plan accordingly and communicate that date with Jai Lowery before your session is confirmed.
